Every
kilometre

Brings care
closer to
home.

For 50 years, Home Nursing Foundation has sent nurses, doctors and therapists into the homes of Singapore's frail seniors and homebound patients — so they can be cared for where they feel safest.

Tour de Care is how you help keep that going. Cycle, run or walk on 17 January 2027 — or take the virtual challenge from anywhere — and your entry supports home nursing, medical, therapy and personal care for people who can't easily get to a clinic.

A morning out with your people. A medal round your neck. Care delivered to someone's door. Not a bad way to start 2027.

For purpose. For dignity. For joy.
