AgeWell is a celebration of movement, connection and the joy of staying engaged at every stage of life. Held alongside Tour de Care, the AgeWell Championships brings seniors from Active Ageing Centres together for a fun-filled day of sports, friendly competition and community spirit. And while seniors are at the heart of AgeWell, everyone is welcome to join the experience - whether you're competing, cheering someone on or simply coming along to enjoy the day.

Every game is a charity event, so the focus isn't on being the most experienced athlete ā it's on participating, connecting and having a great time for a good cause.

Seniors from participating Active Ageing Centres can represent their teams and compete alongside their peers.
Public participants
Members of the public are welcome to join the AgeWell experience too, with separate competition groups to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
